Bed is sooo comfortable and soft. I had back and shoulder pain every morning before I used this bed. They up-fit you with the perfect mix of soft and firmness. Base was easy to set up and sturdy. The customer service was fantastic. Wonderful bed and wonderful customer service! I would highly recommend!!
