    Refund Policy

    For all Twinkle Beds mattresses we offer a 90-day trial period and return policy. It may take up to 30 days for your body to adjust to a new mattress. As such, we request that you try the mattress out for at least30 days before requesting a return, and no longer than 90 days after receiving your mattress to request a return.

     

    IMPORTANT NOTICE

    In order for Twinkle Beds to accept a return and provide a refund the mattress MUST be clean, sanitary, unstained, undamaged, with original tags attached.  To qualify for a refund, the following conditions apply:

     

    - A Mattress Protector is required during use of the mattress trial period until time of return pickup.

    - The mattress must have original tags attached.

    - For approval of return and mattress pickup, pictures of mattress is required to be taken and submitted of the mattress with protector on it, without a protector, and of the mattress tags.

    - Stains, pet hair, and/or defects from improper use/or storage, will VOID trial period return and refund.

    - Proof of purchase is required.

     

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@twinklebeds.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue return instructions and arrange for the the mattress to be picked up. Requests for returns after 90 days of receiving mattress will not be eligible for a return with refund.

     

    90 Day Trial Period does not apply for warranty exchanges.

     

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@twinklebeds.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    All items other than a mattress are NOT ELIGIBLE for a trial period and cannot be returned after opened or use. These items include adjustable bases, bases, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other accessories offered by Twinkle Beds. Again, if these items are defective, damaged, or wrong items ordered, you must notify Twinkle upon receipt of item.

     

    EXCHANGES/SWAP-OUTS

    Prior to the end of your 90 Day Trial Period, if your mattress is not working for you and you'd like to swap it out for a different model or firmness level, you may be eligible to exchange/swap out your mattress. This will require approval from a customer support rep who will discuss your specific circumstances.

     

    REFUNDS

    Once mattress return is approved and picked up, Twinkle beds will issue refund payment by original payment method, or other requested payment method accepted.  Please note it can take some time (up to 30 days) for payment to be issued, processed, and posted to your bank or credit card company.
